    Had a rough start with my first reservation, my host canceled on me after I had already arrived at the car location. The customer representative (while being stuck on the side of the road) booked another trip for me with Edward. Edward’s car was nice and clean, smelled amazing, easy to access key, he got right back to me right away with any and every question I had. His car was a 2008 Honda Fit (I worried a bit about the condition of the motor because of it being over almost 13 years old). When I arrived the car was in great shape. 59K on the motor. I saw the speedometer and thought “this thing's brand new”. I immediately felt safe and secure in the vehicle and my worry melted away. There even was a car charger in the car. Highly recommend this service. Edward was simply amazing and most importantly extremely accommodating. Thank you again, Edward. I will be booking again.
